Editorial Policy
PlayIndex aims to make every material operator statement traceable, dated and proportionate to the evidence available.
Primary-source standard
Operator identity, licensing, promotions, payments, withdrawals, privacy, complaints and responsible-gambling statements are researched from operator pages, regulator registers and recognized public resources.
When a source is incomplete, inconsistent or inaccessible, the review states the limitation rather than filling the gap with an assumption.
Scoring and written evidence
Trust and verification carries 25%, payments 22%, games 20%, mobile experience 18% and customer support 15%. Every category score is accompanied by a written rationale.
Promotional value is not a scoring category. An offer can be described clearly without affecting the operator's rank.
Update schedule
- Offer terms and outgoing destinations: weekly
- Licence status, operating identity and location availability: monthly
- Full operator review and score: at least quarterly
- Material licence, ownership, complaint, access or safer-play change: reviewed as soon as identified
- Expired or withdrawn promotion: removed or replaced as soon as confirmed
Corrections
Send factual corrections to hello@playindex.com with the page, disputed statement and supporting source. The editorial log records the evidence, change and date.
Operators may provide evidence, but they do not receive approval rights over scores, disadvantages or conclusions.
Names, trademarks and images
Operator names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. PlayIndex uses an original text treatment for operator identification and does not reproduce third-party logo files in these reviews.
