PlayIndex does not use a web contact form, third-party analytics, advertising tags or behavioural-profiling scripts.
Website use
The site serves HTML, CSS, JavaScript and images needed for navigation, filters, comparison controls and accessibility features. No third-party analytics or advertising script is loaded.
The local dataLayer used for button events remains in the browser unless a measurement provider is added in a future version.
Email correspondence
General messages use hello@playindex.com; access, correction, deletion and privacy complaints use privacy@playindex.com. Do not send identity documents, banking information or casino credentials by ordinary email.
Ordinary correspondence is retained for no longer than 12 months after resolution unless a longer period is needed for a legal claim, security incident or documented compliance duty.
Access, correction and deletion
A request sent to privacy@playindex.com should identify the correspondence or information involved. PlayIndex may ask for proportionate evidence to avoid disclosing information to the wrong person and aims to acknowledge a request within 30 days.
Where deletion is requested, information is removed unless a legal, security or record-keeping reason requires continued retention.
External sites
Casino, regulator and support links lead to independent websites with their own privacy practices. PlayIndex does not control the information those sites collect after a reader leaves PlayIndex.
Security and minimization
PlayIndex limits collection by using email-only contact and no server-side message form. Correspondence is removed when its stated retention purpose ends.
